Russia open to negotiating on Black Sea Grain Intiative
Turkish president Erdogan is hoping to revive the Black Sea Grain deal and use it as a basis for restarting peace talks between Moscow and Kyiv. He met his Russian counterpart on Monday (Sep. 4) in Sochi, Russia.
